A bit about your new role & primary tasks:
- Design and govern composable architecture in the team: Be the architect and facilitator together with others, and design what is template and what is market specific solutions, while ensuring efficient processes for development
- Visionary execution: Help build a technical roadmap & structure that enables us to achieve ’s digital commercial strategy
- Expert Guidance and Gatekeeper: Acting as scrum master and provide deep functional expertise, and proactively identify functional enhancements that will add value by analyzing business and IT processes, identifying inefficiencies, and documenting procedures
- Build and support: Co-develop and develop with providing value-added IT solutions and offering insights to solve daily business problems using existing tools and processes
- Ensure Integrity: Maintain solution integrity, update documentation (both functional and technical), and promote a cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude across departments
What we’re looking for:
We are looking for someone who is, proactive, and capable of handling stakeholders with ease. You are also an entrepreneurial type and thrive in situations where we sometimes build the road as we go, allowing you to help create a structure that is meaningful and functional. Also:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- Domain Expertise: At least 10 years of experience in similar roles and experience with MS Power Platform / Dataverse and MS Dynamics, including several end-to-end project implementations
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner, Solution Architect, or Project Manager
- Presentation Skills: Proficiency with the Office package with the purpose to structure and present
- Technical skills: Proficiency with Dataverse configuration, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Power Pages, Azure, C#.net, Javascript aso
- Adaptability and Drive: Self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic, with a professional passion and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Communication and Teamwork: Good communication skills in English, both oral and written, with the ability to unite technical specialists and business users.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally (5-10 days per year) for project participation.
