Everfuel’s mission is to enable European-wide production, distribution and fueling of 100% green hydrogen fuel at prices competitive to traditional fuels. They are growing rapidly, and are now looking for a motivated Project Manager, who wants to join their green hydrogen journey! Is that you?

You will be working as…
As Everfuel’s Hydrogen Solution Manager you will have the product management responsibility for the hydrogen offerings in Everfuel. The solutions will be developed and optimized towards the different market segments like busses, trucks and taxis. You will track the needs and scope the solutions. It is your responsibility to build the product structure that makes Everfuel the preferred solution partner.

You will be monitoring the market needs from external customers as well as internal and you will manage and optimize the offerings in order to fulfill the missing links. By strong and structured collaboration with strategic partners you will also be influencing and following technical and commercial possibilities resulting in new features and solutions.

The responsibility also covers the defining of market needs and hand over of the detailed product development process to Project Managers in Technology Department. The role is therefore focusing on commercial possibilities rather than technical solutions and it is all about how to supply the hydrogen and not how to make hydrogen.

Internally you will be working in close collaboration with your colleagues in Business Development, Sales and Technology. Externally you will be working with customers, strategic partners and universities. You will also be monitoring the strategic decisions from retail customers and define the concept for this type of customers.

Your tasks:

  • Mapping present solutions
  • Spotting new market trends and needs and scoping innovative solutions
  • Develop models and processes for market insights
  • Develop market forecasts, management reports and decision proposals
  • Establish and launch structured University collaborations

Your place of work will be at the “Everfuel Farm” in Høgild near Herning, Denmark. You will report directly to the Business Development Director and you will be part of an ever-growing team who are all dedicated to ensure that green hydrogen becomes a competitive alternative to fossil fuels. You are…
We imagine you have a relevant educational background most likely on bachelor or master level (Cand.merc., Business Development or the like). You might have a few years of experience or maybe you just finished education and have the talent needed.

We are looking for a fast learner with strong commercial talents for product management and concept innovation. As a person you are an open-minded networker that easily gets in touch with other people and with a curious mindset that makes you ask all the right questions in order to track the customer needs. Strategic power, creative mindset and strong skills in evaluating the commercial potential are a need. You work in an independent and innovative way defining your path to solid results in the context of company growth. You are highly productive to get things done but still in excellent quality. As a person you are dedicated to your job and you want to make a difference to the world by working in a company that wants to make green transportation possible.

Requirements

  • Relevant education
  • Strong IT and Office365 skills
  • Experience with the process of monitoring market needs and transforming this to product solutions
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
