HMF is now looking for a Product Manager – Spare Parts, to join the international service organisation. The goal is to be best in class, by creating even better and closer relationship with customers which means, among other things, that we need to strengthen our spare parts business
The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative problem solver, has an analytical and commercial mindset, knows how to get buy-in and drive change with a diverse group of stakeholders, and is a well-rounded team player ready to tackle the many challenges in an international environment.

HMF invests in the future and plans new headquarters
HMF plans to say goodbye to Højbjerg in 2024 after almost 80 years in the area. The crane manufacturer will build a new domicile and bring its headquarters and its subsidiary in Galten together under one roof in Stilling. The new production and administration buildings will fulfil the company's dreams of growth, modernisation, and a better working environment.

What You'll Do
- Analyze extensive internal data to understand parts usage trends and opportunities.
- Devise strategies and KPIs for monitoring parts consumption, regulate and prioritize supply to achieve peak performance across markets.
- Deployment of price- and sales models, which has the effect of increasing sales.
- Ensuring high availability of recommended spare parts, wearing parts and mandatory service parts with transparent delivery times.
- Build dashboards, SOPs, and documentation regarding spare parts to monitor KPIs, understand actionable areas for improvement, and execute.
- Implement and maintain a master data solution related to spare parts, to build the foundation for a web shop.
- Get stakeholders to buy-in for various initiatives, presenting data-driven business cases and proposed action plans.
- Work closely with HQ teams on improving internal tools, developing new solutions, and rolling out key initiatives.
About You
- Bachelor’s in business, logistics, or related field and experience as product manager, financial, or business analyst, or equivalent role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with, convince, and motivate internal stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and experienced at tracking and organizing a large volume of interacting data points. Six Sigma green belt could be an advantage but is not a requirement.
- Analytical mindset with an understanding of the aftermarket and insights into pricing models.
- Ability to simplify difficult problems into actionable and solvable tasks.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and driven individual with the desire to grow with the role.
