We are now looking for a Product Manager to drive our Automotive solution and Classification Standards. Working as Product Manager in Product Strategy PMDM puts you in the center of our global business. Close collaboration with customers, account, sales and of course development makes every day exciting. The right profile can be placed anywhere in the world we have an office, but ideally based out of either the Aarhus or Atlanta office.
This is the role and main tasks
As a Product Manager working in Product Strategy, you will become instrumental in delivering on this mission. Reporting to the Product Line Director, you will be working with key customers and partners as well as Product Owners and internal stakeholders to understand and identify how we can create value with our PIM/Product MDM solution, influencing the strategy and executing on it with a true market-driven and value-led mindset.

The team is responsible for translating market problems and our strategy into roadmap and solutions, using the Pragmatic and SAFe frameworks.

- Provide product leadership to drive the enablement of our customers to use their Product Master Data to create value in their business, through our product development
- Work with Product Line Director to create long term vision and value proposition based on market problems build and maintain the roadmap and communicate the roadmap internally and externally
- Lead the market problem identification process, validating that there is both pervasiveness and willingness to pay and translate customer needs and market problems into product initiatives
- Ensure that the Product Owners develop solutions that both solves the problem and delights internal and external stakeholders
- Understand UX, user journeys and personas, and ensure product initiatives are in the context of a coherent user experience

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Product Manager to drive our Automotive solution and Classification Standards. Building productized solutions to our core industries has a high strategic priority in PMDM and you will play a vital part in this as well.
Moreover, you have:
- A deep understanding of and extensive experience with Product Management (+5 years)
- Ability to be market driven and value led in your Product Management work
- Have an Agile mindset and experience with Agile development
- Ability to work with dispersed teams in a matrix organization
- Track record of execution that meets aligned expectations
- Experience working in a B2B market interfacing with decision makers in big companies and enterprises
- Have a good business acumen and experience interfacing with and supporting commercial departments
- Either have experience from the Automotive industry or experience with MDM
- Experience with Pragmatic Marketing is a plus
