In ALK´s Global Quality function, you will become part of a dynamic team with about 10 dedicated employees working to optimize and simplify the quality management system and the corporate processes in close collaboration with global stakeholders. Your main role will be to the drive changes and improvements in relation to compliance and operational excellence and your responsibility will be to:
This position gives you the opportunity to contribute to the development and improvements of the future quality processes related to QMS within ALK, and gives you a large interface, global responsibility, and a great working environment.
Your profile
You hold an academic degree in Engineering, Pharmacy or Natural science and are experienced working with project management in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience within Quality Processes from the pharmaceutical and or medical device industry and/or experience with Lean, Six Sigma or scrum will be an advantage.
As a person you can work independently and have an ambitious mindset. You are result driven, pro-active and a profound team player. You can work at all levels in the organisation and drive several tasks simultaneously. Furthermore, you possess excellent communication skills, and you master English at a high professional level.

- Support our QMS Process Managers with change management activities within processes and supporting IT systems, for instance Document Management, Deviation Handling, CAPA, Training Management.
- Drive important corporate initiatives and secure alignment across sites and implementation of IT tools and KPIs.
- Have a global role and collaboration with a many different stakeholders and head up global reference groups with focus on improvements and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate various online workshops related to for instance trouble shooting, quality oversight and quality culture.
- Be the author of training material, work instructions and perform training.
