You and your RAQA team plays an important role in securing a great quality setup in production enabling world class volume production.
At our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark, you will join the QA Project Management team along with 12 dedicated QA project managers like yourself. As representatives for the Global QARA organisation, we participate in new product development projects to deliver high-quality solutions across ostomy, continence, wound and skin care. Here, we are responsible for managing the QA project workstream and ensuring compliance as well as successful design transfer from the early concepting phase to manufacturing.
Make a big impact across projects
As our new QA project manager, you will both manage the projects and dive into QA tasks yourself. Managing 1-3 projects at a time, you will lead QA teams of 7-10 specialists within EHS, biosafety, test methods, process validation, sterilisation, production QA, supplier quality, packing and stability.
Furthermore, you will collaborate with stakeholders from across R&D, Marketing, Production, etc. as you:

Furthermore, you will collaborate with stakeholders from across R&D, Marketing, Production, etc. as you:
- Manage the QA workstream teams to ensure motivation, coordinate activities and secure QA deliverables
- Be the QA representative in the Innovation Project Core team
- Ensure successful design transfer by continuously collaborating with our R&D, pilot site and volume production sites, primarily in Hungary, but perhaps also in China (expect 10-20 travel days a year)
- Review and approve relevant design control documentation
- Report to the management team on QA statuses and potential issues
- Optimise internal procedures for successful QA project management together with your team

Great QA experience and excellent networking skills
- You have good experience working with QA in R&D projects and/or in a production environment within the medical device industry
- You have experience with project management – alternatively, you have the skills and interests to be a great project manager
- You are familiar with ISO 13485 and, preferably, also the FDA requirements
- Maybe you have experience with ISO 62304/IEC 60601
- You have excellent networking skills and a proactive approach to collecting knowledge and ensuring personal development
- You communicate effortlessly in written and spoken English
