Take charge of our Quality Support team
At Coloplast HQ in Humlebæk, you will join our Quality Competence Centre, which is a part of Global Quality & Regulatory Affairs (GQRA). Here, we are 4 ambitious teams – one of which you manage as the Head of Quality Support.

Quality Support consists of 7 team members divided into 3 sub-groups, all specialists in their field, alongside 5 colleagues in Hungary that look to you for advice on tasks and the development of new skills. Together, you make sure that when final products hit the market, aspects related to Test Methods, Stability, Transportation and Packaging live up to the ambition that we set for ourselves in Coloplast.

Get ready to develop team spirit and competences
Playing a key role, you develop and maintain skills within your team to ensure that our packaging, stability and test method experts are able to maximise their full potential. Prioritisation is a key word for you as you allocate and coordinate resources within the team to support daily requests from stakeholders in the entire organisation (e.g. production sites, the rest of QGRA and our supply and innovation value streams).

Involved in a variety of tasks, you:

  • Take process ownership for Stability, Packaging and Transportation, ensuring business alignment and regulatory compliance
  • Take accountability for test methods in Global Operations – this means you ensure compliance, performance and maintenance of methods in production in close collaboration with operational sites
  • Ensure the right prioritisation and allocation of resources, incl. coordination with the laboratories in respect to stability studies
  • Are responsible for team management and budget as well as preparing and following up on yearly objectives for the team
  • Collaborate with the 3 other managers in the Competence Centre, examining and reviewing management strategies that promote a healthy and flourishing work environment

Equipped with excellent interpersonal skills, you are a gutsy leader who take pride in having a close and honest connection with your team. You take a holistic approach to your work and can make adaptable decisions in an everchanging work environment.

Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Have experience or an academic background in preferably STEM, engineering, medical QA or pharmacy
  • Have previous management experience in the medical industry – although it is not a requirement, it is a big advantage
  • Can demonstrate the ability to manage multiple cross-functional activities and projects
  • Have a solid track record of leading teams with highly specialist employees
  • Are highly proficient in spoken and written English
