Join our Quality Competence Centre
Joining the Quality Competence Centre, you will be part of the department Post Market Surveillance and Quality Processes. Here you will work alongside 10 dedicated Specialists and Global Process Owners for vital global quality processes.

Together, we are responsible for bringing expert knowledge on core quality processes into the entire organisation, from innovation projects, to production values streams, distribution centres, through supply chain and until customer support.

You support, deploy, and develop
As our new global process owner for complaints, you will be responsible for continuously supporting and developing the process.

In this role you will:

  • Monitor, document and improve the complaint process so it is compliant and aligned with stakeholder and customer needs,
  • Collaborate with production sites in Hungary, China and Costa Rica and subsidiaries around the world to ensure that they deploy process updates,
  • Identify gaps and collect, analyse, and facilitate improvement ideas,
  • Train and develop production sites and subsidiaries – both via e-learning and other training methods,
  • Adapt and update our IT quality platform
  • Manage complaint data analysis, and the reporting of complaint KPIs to global quality management
  • Take part in the product review, being responsible for readiness of the complaint data

You set direction while understand the environment in which you operate
Your ability to work with details but also set the direction at a strategic level is key for this position. Stakeholder management is a strong competence of yours and you are motivated and energized by understanding the Global and Local environment in which the Quality Processes are embedded.
While doing all this, you help maintain a clear picture of the practical functionality of the process, which is why your role, and your ability to establish the needed link between compliance and daily use of the process, is so important.

You are skilled in communicating across cultures and in data processing
In this global role, you will be working with numerous colleagues, near and far, who use your process. You are dependent on their feedback to succeed, which is why your skills as a facilitator, communicator and trainer are something we are looking for. You will also be a key person in the complaint data management, understanding the intricate details of how to depict and analyse complaint data, which is why your skills as data analyst will also be part of our evaluation.

Moreover, you:

  • Hold 3+ years of experience, where you, preferably, have worked with quality processes – perhaps from a quality/strategic function or as a project manager
  • Bring a proven track record of processing and analysing data and using it proactively
  • Have experience with lean tools to map, manage, and optimise processes
  • Speak and write English effortlessly
