In this role you will be supporting the end to end Maersk.com customer journey as Platform Product Owner for all matters related to Lead Logistics and eCommerce

• Work in close collaboration across platforms and BPOs to enable new, or improve existing, customer facing products and features within your scope
• Accountable for ensuring that the solutions are integrated so they contextually make sense in the overall customer journey for different segments and personas
• Safeguard all Maersk.com NFR’s, and visual designs
• Support all other PPO’s that have requirements regarding Lead Logistics and eCommerce
• Accountable for enabling Lead Logistics and eCommerce across all features, products and functionalities on the Maersk.com platform
• Recommend and Enable digital growth opportunities through the use of data (customer insights, google analytics etc)
• Continuously push the boundaries for what good looks like and recommend product improvements and enhancements to Business Product Owner(s)
• Ensure that anything that is build can be easily reused across other platforms
• Accountable for Lead Logistics and eCommerce across the strategic brands and support them in achieving their goals
• Continuously review and recommend new products and features in the Lead Logistics and eCommerce space through customer research/insights, data, growth hacking opportunities etc. This is in close collaboration with the relevant BPO(s)
• Drive uptake through internal training and communication and by creating customer onboarding material
• Prioritize the backlog and own the user stories needed for development
• Good insights into customer needs and pain points through frontline experience
• A natural interest in e-commerce, digital products, platform design and keeping up with new technologies and online customer experience
• Commercial mindset a strong drive to get things done
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Scrum or other Agile ways of working
• Able to act as Maersk.com SME for all Lead Logistics and eCommerce related matters
• Ability to lead global training sessions for the frontline and engage the frontline in a meaningful way and enable them to sell the features and products
• Understanding customer needs/ insights and translate these to digital journeys, specifically to reduce manual interventions and focus on exception management
• Ability to stay motivated in a fast-moving environment where priorities continuously shift and with pressure on delivering results
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines consistently
• Good Stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivation and a desire for continuous learning and improvement
• Proven track record in developing online Business to Business products
• Understand the role of a PPO in terms of Jira boards and all other requirements that come with this
Required Business/ Technical Knowledge
• Good understanding of the technical Maersk landscape
• Deep understanding of the shipping processes and the documentation handling
• A natural interest in closely following competition, industry trends and new technologies that become available
