Key responsibilities


Your role will be responsible for our ambition to grow our Logistics & Services business online on Maersk.com and working closely with other channels like Mobile. Logistics and Services consist for example of our suite of supply chain management products or inland transportation products. You will be working closely with our Logistics and Service business partners for one of our product families and teams to drive their digital strategy into online product features and personal experiences online.
You will be part of the team to improve how we upsell and cross-sell of products and services relevant to the individual users from their very first visit in the channel and throughout their future engagement with Maersk.
You must be a great communicator both with technology and non-tech colleagues. You will drive the teams to a shared common understanding of the customer issue we want to solve online. You will own the sprint planning and grooming meetings to refine user stories with the engineering team and define how success will be measured.
You need to have a transformational mindset using an approach of persuasion and encouragement where you can take ownership when needed. With Maersk transformation you will need to apply skillset to drive success thought change management on a global scale across multiple functions- using a value driven and collaborative approach demonstrating you understand the E-2-E impact.

We are looking for


Key responsibilities:
• Drive a great online customer experience, using both customer data analytics insights and customer feedback in technology development. You will work directly with Maersk customers to collect feedback, insights and co-develop with them and technology.
• Work closely with the Business Product Owner and Global process lead in developing the product roadmap and developing user stories and product’s technical requirements
• Working collaboratively and coach other Platform Product Owners & Managers across Maersk platform organization to refine the backlog and identify cross development dependencies
• Passionate about using technology to improve business outcomes for our customers.

• Support on technology run & development cost estimations including documented in memos needed arguments for getting funding for new product features. Identifying improvements in term of product efficiency in operations

Other:
• Good team player, positive and can-do spirit.
• Well organized and independent to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Fluent English in both written and oral
