The role is based in Copenhagen, but scope is global, and few travel days should be expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving and building the talent acquisition cycle from end-to-end.
  • Drive senior recruitments across Europe. Searching and screening candidates, shortlist, and interview.
  • Being able to lead the process and the way of handling the talent acquisition process.
  • Lead the mobility process.
  • Support leaders in building their teams.
  • Lead and build a strategic workforce approach and mindset through the organization.
  • Manage and distribute pipeline analysis, ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date on status of hiring efforts and ensuring appropriate prioritization of searches/hiring.
  • Set and build our strategy for external talent pool.

Who we are looking for - skills needed

You are passionate about matching capabilities to needs and well versed in the technical tools and processes within the talent acquisition area.

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of prior recruiting or relevant experience, preferably in the Renewable Energy industry, ideally in Solar, Wind, or Hydrogen.

  • Solid hands-on experience in managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Detail oriented, structured and thrives to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are comfortable working in international environments with constant change.
  • Demonstrated initiative and judgment; track record as self-starter and able to work effectively with little supervision; collaborative working style.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative team-building skills.
