Are you passionate about Recruitment and Employer Branding and do you love liaising with the business to understand how to find, attract and retain the best suited IT & Digital talents for the business? Then you might be the Maternity Cover, we’re looking for.
You will enter a role, where you have the freedom to structure and shape your process based on your experience and best practice, influence the business directly through your recruitment execution and shape the picture of the company through your Employer Branding engagement.
The starting date for the position will be as soon as possible to cover our current IT Acquisition Consultant during Maternity. It will last for approximately one year with the opportunity for becoming a permanent hire.
Drive end-to-end recruitment and talent attraction activities
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that we attract, hire and retain the right employees for IT & Digital – also known as Tech.
As a key sparring partner for our Tech-managers, your main responsibility will be handling the end-to-end recruitment process. This means:
In a fierce IT & Digital market you will also be responsible of building and maintaining strategic sourcing and talent pipeline.
Furthermore, you will play an active role in shaping the employer branding strategy and implement initiatives in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Marketing and the Business – ensuring a clear and attractive brand.
A self-driven and talented tech-recruiter with a commercial mindset
We are looking for a talented tech-recruiter with experience from an in-house recruitment function or external agency. The candidates that you will be looking for are hard to find, so we expect you to be an experienced researcher who knows when and how to look for the right talent in the market. Having an experience in the field of IT and Digital is a necessity.
Preferred, you also bring a solid understanding of employer branding and how to use different channels like social media, career fairs etc. in a recruitment setting.
To succeed in this role, you are used to prioritizing and structuring multiple processes simultaneously and independently – and you enjoy seeing your hard work making a difference for both managers and candidates. You also appreciate the importance of our reputation in the market and therefore understand that any recruitment process should be a good experience for every candidate.
As for any good recruiter, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills are important. And given the market you will be working in, fluency in both Danish and English is a must.

- Performing candidate search and screening applicants
- Personally, interviewing candidates
- Giving assessment feedback at interviews
- Taking references and assisting in contract negotiations
