Do you want to have the Nordic product responsibility of multiple aesthetic brands in a growth company?
Noscomed is a privately owned company with 30 years+ of experience as a distributor within the beauty industry. The primary focus is on Aesthetics, Plastic Surgery and Cosmeceuticals/Skincare. Noscomed is present in the Nordic Countries, Germany, Holland, and Belgium with HQ in Denmark. They strive to be a trendsetter in the aesthetic market and have, over time, paved the way for many new innovative products.
Noscomed is on a fantastic growth journey and is looking for a Nordic Product Specialist to support the sales team and growth by planning and executing on the brand marketing activities. Your main responsibility will be on the Merz portfolio including fillers Belotero, Radiesse and Ultherapy (non-invasive facelift) as well as SkinPen Precision a high-end microneedling device.
Responsible for product portfolio
As the Nordic Product Specialist, you will need to acquire deep product knowledge, to become the go-to-person for the sales team and the key opinion leaders (KOL’s) and trainers. You will mediate and simplify clinical studies to the sales force, be responsible for the KOL activities and optimize training presentations to ensure great ambassadors for the brands. You will drive marketing activities across platforms in corporation with the marketing team. You will play an essential role in the cross functional brand teams with focus on tactics and operational initiatives to ensure Noscomed delivers on the overall objectives. You will report directly to the Marketing Director.
Your tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Contributing to deliver on overall brand objectives, sales targets, and marketing KPI’s
- Plan and execute brand marketing-, product-, and go-to-market activities
- Train sales staff on the Aesthetic portfolio and from time to time have joint customer visits
- Project lead on the cross functional brand teams including stakeholder management
- Competitor analysis, surveillance, and market research in corporation with the sales team
- Contribute to an excellent relationship with KOLs within the fields of aesthetics medical MD’s
- Planning and execution of KOL activities and planning of courses
Strong drive with scientific background
To succeed in this role, you could have a scientific and/or a clinical background which will enable you to understand and translate the clinical studies and information into commercial communication. If you furthermore have worked for a couple of years as a product specialist, then this will be considered an advantage. You have great communication skills and excellent command of the English language both verbal and written. If you speak one of the Nordics languages as well then that would be a plus. As a person, you are outgoing, very structured and have high drive to succeed with your projects. You enjoy being the expert within your field of responsibility and are passionate about what you do.
