About the Opportunity

Join Sanofi Genzyme as Product Manager Nasal Polyposis North Europe. In this position, you are responsible for marketing activities for Dupixent in North Europe with an emphasis on Nordics and Belgium/Luxembourg. You will focus on the Nasal Polyposis indication and support where necessary on cross-indication initiatives. Next to these responsibilities, you will improve and implement the omnichannel strategy (incl. digital activities) within the respiratory indications.

In this role you will….

  • Support respiratory branded marketing activities for Dupixent – cross-indication. Develop and manage marketing activities for Dupixent – Nasal Polyposis. Be in charge of developing brand plan(s) and develop and design product management processes
  • Lead complex projects and develop effective marketing programs, support national congresses, organize national symposia and other educational activities. Improve messages regarding disease and efficacy, safety and positioning of the brand
  • Work closely with functional areas and with co-marketers for Dupixent in other indications. Collaborate with colleagues in the affiliate to develop and implement brand plans and tactics. Manage vendors in the creation of materials and the execution of agreed projects
  • Improve the omnichannel strategy within the respiratory franchise and carry out the digital activities within the strategy (e.g. e-mailing campaigns, social media campaigns, rep triggered emails, video messaging etc.). Interact with global BU in the execution of the strategy
  • Analyze market trends, develop product positioning and growth strategy. Design and/or launch market research
  • Research new market developments and change strategy and/or tactics if required
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to gain insight into market dynamics
  • Manage and being accountable for the marketing budget of the Nasal Polyposis indication.

About you

Qualifications/ Education & work experience

  • Master’s degree in business, (bio-)medical, marketing, management
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing in a pharma environment, preferably in the dermatology disease area / immunology area with a hospital product. Sales experience represents an asset
  • Medical and/or scientific affinity, plus product/disease knowledge is required
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, having successfully designed and implemented product/product plans – preferably including a launch - is a plus
  • Experience and affinity with implementing omnichannel activities
  • Experience within a multidisciplinary business environment
  • Strategic, business acumen, communication, results oriented, solution finder and leadership skills
  • Oral and written fluency in English
