As the Pricing Analyst in the Finance department, you will be able to shape and develop a central role in managing the pricing in accordance with strong governance requirements and growth ambition. This is with the possibility to continuously develop your competencies in working in mature markets that offers various opportunities in a highly competitive.
Key Responsibilities
Overall, you have the responsibility for pricing within three main areas: Lubricants, Bitumen and Special Fluids. Furthermore, you will support sales managers and teams and improve sales KPIs. You will be responsible for prices update and maintenance in SAP, including registration, maintenance, and update of all additional commercial and pricing conditions for customers in SAP. Moreover, you will calculate and validate customer bonuses, and communicate them to the controlling team and the Lubricants manager. You will be actively involved in the commercial close and consolidation of commercial databases on a monthly and annual basis and support the controlling team in month end activities.
Finally, you will support the Finance Manager and the finance team at month-end and year-end closings, and during internal and external audits.

Your responsibilities will be:
Lubricants Reporting (Finance related):
- Finance’s closing: Consolidate the commercial databases with Dashboards.
- In charge of Business sales reporting at the affiliate and Group level: Weekly Volume KPI, Monthly Nordic Lubricant Report, Sales reports for commercial teams, Key Accounts reporting, OEM Reporting, Nexus Reporting, Negative Margins Reports, Product Cost Evolution, and support of other commercial reports as needed (such as LTP/Budget support).
- Maintain customer segmentation database in SAP.
- Responsible for calculating customers bonus provisions monthly.
- In charge of sales reporting for bonus and sales teams’ incentives.
- Key user of SALSA (Sales Force).
- Key point of contact for improvements in Compass reporting functionality for lubricants
Pricing management (Finance and Business department related):
The Lubricants area of responsibility will include tasks such as:
- Manage pricing conditions in SAP: daily management of prices, coherence of the pricing structure and creation of new tools for updating prices;
- Provide pricing support to Customer Service and Sales Teams departments;
- Update the quotation tools for each country and produce net pricelist for sales teams;
- Pricing point of contact with Head Office in Paris
- Project coordinator for Lubricants Customer segmentation project
The Bitumen area of responsibility will include tasks such as:
- Support the pricing system of bitumen products;
- Update pricelist in SAP according to the pricing policy strategy;
- Improve the current pricing update process, including optimizing pricelists;
- Manage pricing conditions in SAP and provide support to Customer Service Bitumen line.
The Special Fluids area of responsibility will include tasks such as:
- Manage the pricing system of special fluids products;
- Regularly update prices and pricelists;
- Improve the current pricing monitoring tool.
Other tasks ((Finance and Business department related):
- Develop Power BI reporting functionality for Bitumen and Special Fluids
- Support to Managing Director, Finance Manager and Business Managers during Budget and LTP preparations, Transfer Pricing reports preparations and external and internal audits.
