Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the hotel.
You will become part of a diverse corporate culture in a versatile and dynamic environment where time never stands still. The working hours are 37 hours a week between 07.00 – 20.00 Monday to Saturday.
Communication takes place in both Danish and English at the hotel and in the team.
The position is to be filled soon, so we carry out interviews on an ongoing basis.

You have a broad craftsmanship background, preferably as a property maintenance worker or similar, and you work well self-reliantly as well as part of a team. You thrive on versatile work tasks meaning that with us on one day you work with repairing bedside lamps and on the next with maintenance of our ventilation system.
In addition to this:

You will become part of a department that collaborates widely across the organization and manages the operation and maintenance of the hotel premises. Our technical department consists of 6 employees with a broad competence and large age spread. Humor, good manners and a good cohesion are the key features of the department.

Opgaver
Among others, your work will consist of:
- Daily operation and maintenance of rooms, outlets and fixed furniture, including repair of damage and wear and tear on furniture
- Daily inspection and maintenance of technical installations and the building
- Maintenance and control of automatic fire protection and sprinkler systems (ABA and AVS)
- Various ad-hoc tasks in connection with the hotel’s daily operation

You have a broad craftsmanship background, preferably as a property maintenance worker or similar, and you work well self-reliantly as well as part of a team. You thrive on versatile work tasks meaning that with us on one day you work with repairing bedside lamps and on the next with maintenance of our ventilation system.
In addition to this:
- You have at least 3 years of experience with property maintenance
- You are enthusiastic about your work
- You have good IT knowledge and PC experience
- You are used to run several parallel projects without losing track
- You manage to prioritize and work self-reliantly with your tasks
- You have possibly some experience with premises maintenance and knowledge of CTS/BMS systems
- You provide good service and thrive with many points of contact
- You master written and spoken English
