We are currently looking for a skilled Product Manager who is passionate about building and growing industry leading service subscriptions and memberships. You will be an important part of the TRIOS Subscriptions team, where you will take part in both shaping the strategic direction of our subscription and memberships, and most importantly, own and execute the product development roadmap.
You will be driving product implementation and long-term roadmap from Day 1
In this role, you will work across departments in 3Shape on implementing the already defined short-term roadmap, ensuring that all our users and customers benefit fully from our newly launched subscription model, while simultaneously working with a visionary team on defining and developing a long-term sustainable and competitive loyalty model.
Your core tasks will include…
- Developing the strategic product roadmap for the core TRIOS Subscription model and prioritizing functionality and features in major releases
- Work in close collaboration with stakeholders across the company to ensure alignment on roadmap priorities across departments and functions
- Gathering and analyzing user data – quantitative and qualitative – to establish a prioritized set of user needs to solve for
- Working closely with our IT department to ensure our systems support a subscription business model
- Driving and maturing business intelligence reporting on our subscription performance
- Provide content and input for developing of marketing material, press releases, user manuals, and other product-related documentation
- Provide product-related support across the 3Shape organization
- Lifecycle management of legacy TRIOS subscriptions
Your qualifications probably fit this bill…
- +2 years of experience from a position in product management– experience with SaaS products and/or membership products is a significant benefit.
- Proven ability to establish great understanding of customer needs through primary and secondary data sources, and to structure these into key pain points, user stories, and technical requirements
- Track record of working closely with R&D, IT infrastructure project managers, and marketing in delivering successful products on time
- Talented and structured communicator with the ability to bring executives as well as developers on board with the direction
- Ability to prioritize and balance requirements and features based on weighing user- and business needs
- Fluency in English, verbal and written is a given. Additional major languages will be an advantage
To be successful in this role, we expect you to be data-driven and analytical, to develop your own opinions and recommendations and to be willing to ‘fight for them’ – but also to be able to accept arguments and decisions that are not your own. And we expect you to be able to deliver – to get a cross-functional team behind you to meet deadlines. In other words: you balance stubbornness and pragmatism perfectly.
