Are you ready to elevate your career in Talent Acquisition? Saxo is seeking a dynamic and accomplished professional to join our global Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment processes and managing stakeholders across our international offices. You will be a part of a strong Group People & Culture Team in a global and evolving organisation.
You will join a team of five great colleagues, where we highly value knowledge sharing and team learning. Our primary focus is Headquarter in Denmark and our other offices in Europe. Saxo is a business with an ambitious agenda, and we want you to both support and challenge the decisions made to help Saxo grow and develop. In the Group People & Culture Team we closely collaborate with our leaders as a trusted advisor during the full recruitment process - both from a strategic level and more day-to-day necessities to drive the business ahead. Additionally, there is broad collaboration within Group People & Culture, where we are closely connected.
You will be responsible for branding, attracting, sourcing, and interviewing prospective employees to ensure a seamless and exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Proactively championing an inclusive and exceptional candidate experience
- Consulting with and advising hiring managers across multiple countries on recruitment needs, incl. a proactive role in the recruitment and interview process (with MPA and ACE assessment)
- Developing recruitment selection criteria and sourcing world-class talent
- Building a diverse candidate pipeline through various channels and networks
- Promoting Saxo’s employer brand and values to both employees and candidates
- Partnering with external stakeholders to enhance Saxo’s presence in the market
- Run relevant Talent Acquisition projects
- Collaborating with colleagues from various departments to deliver optimal results
Your profile
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong passion for Talent Acquisition and a proven track record in managing recruitment cycles (preferable within the finance or tech industry). You should possess several years of experience in a similar role and hold a B.Sc or M.Sc degree in a relevant field.
Your ability to work independently, drive projects, and maintain a data-driven approach will be essential in this role. Additionally, your structured approach, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and fluency in English are key attributes we are looking for.
