About Us:
You will be joining a dedicated team of seven Talent Acquisition professionals (including our Head of Talent Acquisition, Denmark) here at Novonesis. We are committed to connecting top talent with compelling opportunities and we embrace and encourage difference of thinking and unique views with a growth mindset. As a Talent Acquisition function, we are truly a global team with colleagues based in the UK, North America, Malaysia and India and soon in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently support a dedicated business EVP area, strategically and proactively collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies and provide comprehensive support throughout the recruitment process for specialized senior and executive level positions
- Drive and manage talent acquisition activities, including employer branding, diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives, career fairs and onboarding
- Create and implement targeted recruitment strategies for high level sourcing, working closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand hiring needs, craft job postings, and utilize effective sourcing channels and methods to attract candidates and maintain a talent pool for future needs
- Promote DE&I within recruitment strategies and provide advice on DE&I approaches in the designated business EVP area
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, offering expert advice based on market trends, and collaborating with P&O Operations and P&O Partners for offer presentations and negotiations

- Embody and promote culture commitments as an ambassador for new hires and organization-wide as well as adapt flexibly to business changes and challenges with a positive outlook
- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers, HRBPs, and team members towards common goals whilst demonstrating strategic thinking, influencing key decision-makers and driving recruitment projects with authority and expertise
- Use data-driven insights for strategic recruitment and decision-making and champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts
- Maintain open communication with all parties, ensuring transparency and timely updates and provide high-quality service and support, enhancing candidate and stakeholder experiences
To thrive in this role, you must have:
- Proven Talent Acquisition experience in a large global organization with a strong track record of managing recruitment processes
- The ability to act as a partner to the business and challenge hiring managers to ensure the best recruitment outcomes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring a proactive and flexible approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
