You are offered a unique possibility to join our team on the journey towards Sourcing Excellence. You will be part of our sourcing team in the indirect category.
Main responsibility
You will be responsible for developing and driving the category, executing cost saving initiatives and selecting the right supplier base, in close collaboration with two colleagues in the indirect team. You will be using your outgoing personality to create a broad collaboration with stakeholders across Terma. Furthermore, you will support and drive category specific KPIs and ensure we remain on target.
Your professional qualifications
You will have a relevant educational background within e.g. Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics and have experience with the sourcing process. Furthermore, we expect the ideal candidate to possess the below qualifications as well:

Your professional qualifications
You will have a relevant educational background within e.g. Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics and have experience with the sourcing process. Furthermore, we expect the ideal candidate to possess the below qualifications as well:
- 3-5 years of experience from a similar job function
- You have interest in strategy creation and used to working with the sourcing process
- Excellent understanding of the commercial and business processes
- International mindset and commercial flair
- Strong stakeholder skills
- Fluent in English is a requirement
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office package
