JOIN OUR GLOBAL TALENT ACQUISITION TEAM IN LYNGBY
The Global Talent Acquisition Team is a part of COWI People and Communication, where we are more than 130 skilled HR and communication specialists across the globe.
Our Global Talent Acquisition Team consists of more than 25 dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialists sitting in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, North America, Lithuania and India. From here we support the business managers recruiting the best talents for COWI.
We offer a dynamic work environment where teams across geographies strive for the best results. You will be working with competent colleagues and you will report to the Executive Search Manager in Global Talent Acquisition. It is important that we ensure that the right governance is in place and a high quality in the process. The job will be based out of our Lyngby office.
A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER
We are looking for Talent Acquisition Partners to join our team in Denmark and work closely with different stakeholders, including managers at all levels, to ensure smooth recruitment process– all in collaboration with colleagues from across COWI.
You will also be working closely with your colleagues across Scandinavia and India covering similar business units/functions like you to ensure cross boarder collaboration and synergies.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll be responsible for:

You have a degree in Engineering, Human Resources, psychology or related disciplines and 5 years or more experience with solid skills with A-Z recruitment, search, talent acquisition and talent attraction. Experience preferably from an inhouse function in a large multi-national organization would be an advantage

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Partners to join our team in Denmark and work closely with different stakeholders, including managers at all levels, to ensure smooth recruitment process– all in collaboration with colleagues from across COWI.
You will also be working closely with your colleagues across Scandinavia and India covering similar business units/functions like you to ensure cross boarder collaboration and synergies.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll be responsible for:
- Being single point of contact to the busines unit (division) in Denmark and a trusted adviser to the respective Senior Vice President, hiring managers and HR Business Partner's.
- Recruitment process a-z: creating job profiles, Conducting start up meetings, writing job adverts, conducting interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Collaborating with your Executive Search Partner colleagues for defining, driving talent pipelines, and running selected manning projects.
- Together with the Line of Business and our communication team define and drive larger employer branding and campaigning initiatives.
- Together with Line of Business and HR Business Partners conduct and execute on Workforce Planning.

- Experience within recruitment, talent mapping, outreach activities, building pipelines of potential candidates
- Certification in and experience with relevant psychometric or cognitive assessment tools (preferred)
- The ability to adjust to changing priorities, successfully navigate ambiguity and ability to work with a variety of personalities in different cultures
- Ability to influence and develop strong relationships at the workplace
- Fluency in Danish and English, both verbal and written
