Thanks for reading this! My name is Jette, I'm the Chief People Officer at Hobbii, we’re an e-commerce scale-up and proud to say also the fastest-growing company in Denmark in 2020.
I recently joined the People & Culture team and have the great responsibility to make sure we grow in the most efficient and sustainable way with a focus on our people. But I'm not doing this alone; right now our P&C team is a mix of 5 passionate people making sure we keep up with the pace of the business and creating the best possible experience for our people. I’ve got to brag that this team hired 192 colleagues last year. Yes, 192! What enabled them to do that was relentless focus on execution and thinking outside the box, as we have also shared on LinkedIn (link in comments).
Hobbii now counts 353 Hobsters and we continue to grow. With the recruitment forecast for 2021 we have decided to add (wo-)manpower to the process. You will work on outreach and use our recruiter licence to identify and approach candidates. You will also conduct the first phone interview and report your findings via our candidate scorecard; which ensures that we create a unique candidate experience and attract the right talent.
You will work closely with everyone on the People & Culture team as your role clicks into our process from job advertisement to contract. Lina, our Talent Acquisition Specialist, owns the recruitment process from A-Z and she will onboard you to the world of candidate sourcing. You will learn the ins-and-outs of finding top talent for a growing scaleup as well as the behind-the-scenes structures of international recruitment in the tech space and how to give the best candidate experience possible.
