Talent Acquisition & Attraction Specialist for colorful mission with sustainability purpose

In Flügger, we are busy executing on our Going Green strategy across borders, growing the business organically and through acquisitions. 73 % of our paints and wood stains are already certified and our target is that all our Flügger paints must be ecolabelled by 2030. It is also the target for 2030 that our production must be carbon neutral, and that 75% of our plastics must be recyclable. Build up talent pipeline and employee experience
People & Culture plays an important role in developing our organization with right capabilities and strong engagement. As our new colleague, you will support our managers with search on critical positions and make a difference for employee experience through projects aimed to continuously strengthen our employee journey.
You will be a part of a small, dedicated People & Culture team with passion for our profession and people. You will work mostly in DK, but also across boarders with colleagues in Sweden, Norway, and Poland.
Your tasks:
• Drive appx. 5 searches a month. Positions are mostly middle managers and specialists withing tech, digital, brand, finance and commercial.
• Build succession pipelines of critical positions.
• Support and drive employee journey projects, incl. values and behavior, on- and offboarding, employer branding activities.
• Increase managers own recruitment skills through digital training.
• Support in critical periods HRBP's on their recruitments, e.g. finalize job ads, interviewing etc.
• Follow up on KPI's, e.g. time to hire and perform, workforce analysis.
• In collaboration with external agencies also improve on seasonal workers practice
• Optimize our “post & pray” practice (agreements with jobsites, use of LinkedIn etc.)

Passion for people and methodical approach
As the rest of the team you have a passion for people and setting them up for success. You bring 2-5 years of experience as researcher from search agency and can demonstrate a solid toolbox for search, recruitment, and interviewing of profiles within IT, digital, finance, retail, and production.
You are a strong communicator verbally and written – in English and Danish. You have a proven talent for creating tools and concepts, easy for people to use. You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree, supporting your methodical approach.
As a person you are driven, well organized, process oriented, and analytical. You act proactively in working with many stakeholders.
