Dynaudio is the leading producer of hand-crafted high-end loudspeakers created by impassioned music lovers for your living room, the professional studio and for your car.

Required competences/educational requirements
You have experience from a similar position and with different production processes. Some process areas could be:
Experience of concepts as PPAP, Capability, Measurement System Analyses - MSA, Control plan, Process flow and PFMEA – together with tolerance settings and technical tests of parts materials and surfaces – is needed.
Education in VDA 6.3 - to be able to audit our suppliers.
You have a technical education inside mechanics, electronics or other relevant education.
Other applied professional and personal competences
Be able to work independently and to reach out, also thrive to work in teams:
And a general desire to work in an international setting. Experience from international companies – specifically Chinese – is an advantage.
English speaking and writing.

About the job:
Quality tasks Production Part Approval Process - PPAP and new project
- Take part in review of R&D drawings to secure that quality needs are represented. In this work also challenge the R&D designer on level and contents of the drawings
- Prepare Table of Contents for PPAP for the single supplier, this in cooperation with Procurement department. Parts of this work is to select the PPAP level and point the critical measurements / tests for the part and for the manufactural process issues of the part
- Receive the finished PPAP from the supplier – approval or reject, with notes – approval as the parts Submission Warrant is signed and send to the supplier
Quality tasks PPAP on existing parts and projects
- In connection with R&D, PTA and Procurement and from request, examine if parts have a specific and approved PPAP
- Take part in engineering change request tasks, where parts are changed. This to investigate if a PPAP change is needed – and secure these parts of the ECR.
- From time to time investigate that pending “must have” PPAP´s for parts are in focus at the supplier and at Dynaudio
- Handling of supplier issues and contact, regarding the running quality issues inside the PPAP tasks area. Supplier quality control and improvement.
Other tasks
- Work to improve systems and processes in close cooperation with colleagues from our owner company, Goertek
- From time to time be responsible to educate the “Dynaudio house” in the direction of Quality understanding, tools and methods
Required competences/educational requirements
You have experience from a similar position and with different production processes. Some process areas could be:
- Molding processes for plastic parts
- Turning, Pressing, stamping, drilling and milling processes
- Different surface treatments as Anodizing, Pre soldering, Electroplating, Painting

- Independently take decisions regarding PPAP levels, approval or rejects and to take the communication with stakeholders
- Be open to development of the Quality areas at Dynaudio and take parts in defining the future direction for Dynaudio Quality
- Be able to acquire knowledge of new tools and methods
- Has the desire to teach and help others and act as the experienced quality person and “lighthouse” at Dynaudio
