As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will drive the talent acquisition agenda in Global Office by identifying the needs of the business and meeting them both short and long term. This includes working with direct recruitment and search, as well as employer branding, reporting (tracking and analysis) and the overall candidate experience in order to attract the right talent.
Your areas of responsibilities:
You will play an active role in shaping the employer branding strategy on Global Office and implement initiatives in coordination with the global talent acquisition community, HR and Corporate Communications. In the deployment of new initiatives such as implementation of recruitment systems, employer branding material, global channel relations and social media you will represent the region in shaping the employer branding direction at Global Office ensuring a clear and attractive brand.
Furthermore you will collect, maintain and analyse relevant data and update reports about Global Office activities related to talent acquisition needs and continuously improve the recruitment process to make better hiring decisions and ultimately improve the quality of hire. This includes manpower planning/FTE approval, vacancies, blueprints, employment market trends and provider agreements. In addition, you will:
- Align with our Learning & Development department to ensure consistency with succession plans, internal talent data review and similar
- Manage service agreements with external providers related to employer branding and recruitment
- Manage a diverse portfolio of vacancies and their recruitment cycle
- Support the HR team in search and selection processes
- Develop the talent acquisition competencies of the recruiters in Global Office
What is needed to succeed:
You are likely to have 3-5 years of experience from a similar position working with talent acquisition on a regional level and also preferably knowledge of the retail and/or FMCG industry. You bring a solid understanding of employer branding and how to use social media in a recruitment setting. We further believe that professionals with the following skills and experience are well-suited:
- In-depth experience with direct recruitment as well as through partners (agencies, education institutions etc.)
- Experience with psychometric tests
- Good knowledge of local legislation related to recruitment
- Proficient Danish and English skills, both spoken and written
- Good command of Excel and PowerPoint

Additional information:
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Start date: As soon as possible (November/December 2019). The maternity cover will last for approximately one year.
