Become a part of Product Management in Heat/Cooling
Kamstrup is a Danish technology company and one of the world’s leading manufacturer of intelligent metering solutions. We experience significant demand for our solutions and focus massively on development and production of intelligent metering equipment and systems for energy and water consumption. We are constantly focusing on ensuring the best solutions for our customers globally, and therefore we are looking for Product Specialist to join our Product Management team within the Heat/Cooling division.
With a direct reference to our Head of Product Management, Meters, you will be a part of a team, consisting of 14 colleagues, who are experienced and talented within product development, legal metrology and product compliance. There is an informal tone inside the team which is driven by our common passion and desire for delivering the best experience and solutions to the customers.
A job with focus on documentation
As a Product Specialist you will have a central role in our Product Management team, which ensures that our products and documentation complies with current rules and standards. You will be trained in legal metrology and gain an in-depth knowledge of a number of standards and directives within the field.
More specific you tasks will be:
In the job, you can expect up to 20 travel days per year.
Personality matters
We are looking for a talented Product Specialist with a bachelor or master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or similar. Whether you have a few years of experience or are newly graduated as the top of your class is not crucial. Most importantly, you are able to work with technical standards and directives. Furthermore, you must be able keep a high quality standard and have the ability to judge when the technical documentation is ready for release.
As a person you have a structured and analytical approach to your tasks, and it is natural for you to work on the basis of deadlines. You thrive in a role where quality is in the essence and pride yourself in your attention to details. Furthermore, you are not afraid to challenge the organization with new perspectives and ideas. Additionally, you are a strong communicator and able to understand the customer’s needs.
It is a requirement that you master English in writing and speaking. Danish and German will be an advantage.

- Interpretations of European standards
- Technical Support to customers and service/sales colleagues
- Estimate Lithium battery lifetime on specific customer applications
