With a reference to our Head of Business Applications, you will become a part of our Business Applications team with more than 20 incredibly engaged, ambitious and great colleagues who always strive to bring out the best in each other. Together with the business QA team and members of our Business Applications team, you will have a central role in ensuring that our QMS setup supports the business,. Therefore, you will have a unique opportunity to influence the future use of QMS in Kamstrup.

A job with focus on delivering business value in a changing quality setup
In the position as Business Application Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of a new QMS landscape. You will together with the team and the organization ensure that our QA application landscape brings value to the business by scoping, identifying root causes, translating business requirements into IT requirements, managing projects throughout their lifecycle and providing leadership.

More specifically, your primary work tasks are:

  • Providing pro-active sparring to the organization and support in deploying a new QMS landscape
  • Providing IT support to the daily operation of the QMS landscape
  • Continuous improvement of the QMS landscape, ensuring that the solution are aligned with standard features in the landscape
  • Supporting the organization with QA process definitions and process alignment within the IT QA application landscape

Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious Business Application Advisor with an educational background that combines IT and quality processes with business understanding. This could for example be within IT, Communication & Organization, Business Administration, MSc in Quality or similar. Moreover, you have a general knowledge of ISO standards such as 9001, 14001 and 27001 combined with a strong willingness to learn about the applications of Quality Management. If you are newly educated or have a few years of experience is not crucial, but most important is that you are able to translate business and functional requirements into IT requirements, and that you are able to manage projects and lead processes and teams across functions and business areas.

Knowledge to QA applications such as IPW, IFS SRM or EtQ Reliance would be a plus but not a requirement.

As a person you have a huge drive and thrive in the field between IT and business and a great passion for modern technology and its applications in the business world. You consider yourself as being a self-starter with a strong drive which combined with your strong stakeholder management skills gives you the ability to navigate and collaborate in a global matrix organization. In addition, you are structured and driven by delivering results that brings value to the business.

It is a requirement that you both speak and write Danish and English fluently.
