Become a part of our Product Portfolio Management team in the Water Division

With direct reference to our Head of Product Portfolio Management, you will become part of a team consisting of engaged, ambitious and great colleagues who always strive to bring the best out in each other. Together the team is responsible for the commercialization of a portfolio within intelligent solutions for managing water consumption in utilities on a global scale. In addition, the team is in charge of executing our product roadmaps as well as assisting with business development worldwide.
Experienced Commercial Product Manager with a strong toolbox of commercial portfolio management
As our new Commercial Product Manager, you will own the global business strategy behind a product. You will be responsible for specifying the customer’s needs, functional requirements and managing the market launch plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams both internally in Product & Commercial Management, Water as well as Water Sales, Service, Technology, Operations and Marketing.
More specific, you will be responsible for:
In the job, you can expect around 20 travel days per year.
Personality matters
You have a Master’s degree within e.g. Business, Economics, Finance, Sciences or Engineering and minimum 5 years’ of experience from a similar position. You possess a strong “Project manager toolbox” and have experience with project management, portfolio development as well as PPT skills of transforming complex information into simple story telling. Experience from the water industry will be an advantage.
As a person are ready to take ownership of a portfolio area while taking it to the next level. You are outgoing and have the ability to build positive relations and communicate clearly to customers and stakeholders throughout the organization. You have a great business understanding and a analytic and structured mindset that enables you to identify and prioritize key value creation levers and follow up on them.
You are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish will be an asset.

As our new Commercial Product Manager, you will own the global business strategy behind a product. You will be responsible for specifying the customer’s needs, functional requirements and managing the market launch plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams both internally in Product & Commercial Management, Water as well as Water Sales, Service, Technology, Operations and Marketing.
More specific, you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the preparation and maintenance of solution strategies, including roadmaps for product development and settlement, pricing etc.
- Ensuring that your solution area works optimally by identifying, initiating and conducting activities that optimize products and processes
- Ongoing market monitoring and sparring partner for our Key Account Managers through direct or indirect dialogue with our customers
- Converting features and use cases into solid USP’s and market offerings based on inputs from technical departments
- Determining solid business cases and GtM strategies as starting point of measuring commercial performance and PLM initiatives
