Strategic role in an innovative and creative environment
We want to invite the new Product Manager to strengthen our Product Management team to support the ambitions and goals of our company within hearing care. The right candidate will take responsibility of defining the WHY and WHAT for new life-improving user experiences in relation to growing our business area commercially. The new Product Manager must utilize strong market insights and formulate appealing value propositions for certain product domains, business areas as well as certain market and user segments.
In this role you will have the opportunity to explore the commercial side of a high tech and innovative medical industry with the main responsibilities of defining area strategies, creating realistic roadmaps and specifying business plans for new product releases.
You will be part of our Product Management team, who own the responsibility of specific business areas related to Hearing Devices. As part of the Portfolio Management team, each Product Manager is instrumental in providing the business with a competitive portfolio, proving itself highly meaningful and relevant to users and customers.
We are a global company with multiple stakeholders, and you will take part in building a solid network between functions and to relevant market representatives as well as working closely with R&D, providing clear guidance and priorities to the planning and development. The close collaboration with our innovative engineers in R&D entails securing and aligning technology enablers, solution proposals, feasibility studies and resource estimations.
What does it take?
Ideally, you have a commercial degree on a master’s level, combined with 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager preferably from the Medical Device industry. You have primarily been working from an outside-in and customer centric perspective and you have shown a strong track record of accomplishments in driving the commercial agenda.
On a personal level we hope to see your self-driven and proactive side and experience your genuine interest in our friendly colleagues and stakeholders.
In addition, we are looking for the following competences:
- The ability to facilitate product strategies and define roadmaps
- Strong business acumen and business casing experience
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Good communication skills and natural ability to negotiate best compromise
- Being an experienced networker, bridging different agendas
