You help us catch the brightest talents
Joining our team, you will be a valued part of Demant’s international HR function at our HQ in Smørum. We are app. 45 people working to deliver an exciting array of HR deliverables to a wide portfolio of our companies in DK and abroad.
In your position as Talent Acquisition Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts by assisting with various administrative tasks throughout the hiring process. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Below you will find examples of your tasks:
• CV screening
• Phone screening of candidates
• Booking of meeting rooms
• Travel activity coordination
• Printing of CVs
• Sending test links to candidates
• Inviting for 1st round interviews
• Handle reference taking
The talent acquisition team consists of 10 people with different educational backgrounds and experience levels. We are responsible for hiring +400 new talents for the organization each year.
For the right person, there are good development opportunities.
Good coordination and administrative skills
To thrive and grow in your new position, we hope that you have substantial experience with administrative tasks and activity coordination, preferably from a large company where English is the working language.
We hope you have experience with HR and do you know your way around talent acquisition, that is an extra advantage. You are used to working with IT systems such as Microsoft Outlook and Excell.
We are open to your educational background.
You know how to communicate – both when you talk to candidates and various stakeholders in the company. Your future teammates can’t wait to meet you and enjoy your engaged, humorous, and informal personality.
