• Talent Acquisition: Shape the future by recruiting the next generation of talent.
• Employer Branding: Ensure and its brands—Oticon, Interacoustics, and Audika—stand out as employers of choice.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Employer Branding (50%)
• Plan and execute strategic employer branding activities tailored to engage our target audience.
• Drive creative initiatives, from social media campaigns to hosting events and career fairs.
• Keep our employer brand vibrant, relevant, and impactful through engaging storytelling and fresh ideas.
• Help produce compelling content, including videos for our career pages. (Experience with video production is a plus, but we’re happy to train you!)
Talent Acquisition (50%)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, typically handling six positions at a time.
• Partner with hiring managers to attract top-tier, specialized talent across diverse business areas.
• Conduct interviews, administer psychometric testing, and provide insightful feedback to candidates.
• Think outside the box to creatively engage and secure sought-after candidates.

What You Bring
We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused professional with:
• Experience: Solid background in Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition, ideally from industries like medical devices, pharma, or similar.
• Communication Expertise: A flair for crafting messages that resonate with diverse audiences, whether through social media, presentations, or videos.
• Stakeholder Management Skills: An ability to navigate multiple priorities while building trust with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
• Recruitment Mastery: Experience conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, including psychometric assessments.
• Creative Energy: Fresh ideas and a structured mindset to bring them to life.
