Talent Acquisition – Student Assistant

You will be a crucial part of our own talent sourcing

We drive an ambitious people strategy to attract, retain and develop talent and to develop an inclusive, international workplace. As our new Student Assistant, you will work with our talent attraction in terms of sourcing, attracting, and recruiting our future talents. You will collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition Partner, Hiring Managers and a team of skilled HR Professionals. You will work with our talent sourcing, grow our candidate pools and promote Ferrosan Medical Devices in a wide array of talent acquisition activities. Our employer branding strategy is the anchor for these activities, and we urge you to pave the way into the future of talent sourcing. You navigate scarce candidate pools and help our Hiring Managers hire the right talents for our business.

Your role

In the role of our new Student Assistant in Talent Acquisition, your tasks will be to

  • Help develop our employer brand and talent acquisition strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with our hiring managers to support finding the best talents for our business.
  • Participate in full-cycle recruitment processes at different levels.
  • Generate a diverse candidate pool through direct sourcing, identifying, screening, and delivering qualified candidate shortlists.
  • Promote our business through employer branding initiatives together with our Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • Support other HR projects, for instance within D&I, university collab, employer branding, etc.
  • All the above naturally in compliance with the latest legislation, including GDPR.

About you

You have a passion for people, recruitment and sourcing – and enjoy giving candidates good experience. Your education choice is not crucial, but your passion for people and willingness to learn and take responsibility in our Talent Acquisition initiatives are mandatory in order to be considered for the role.

Apart from that, you may

  • Be studying Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or similar.
  • Have experience with recruitment and search processes from a previous student job.
  • Be willing to learn & master search- and sourcing methods, LinkedIn, and talent pooling.
  • Be customer focused and be able to build and manage your internal and external networks.
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-going, enthusiastic and goal oriented.
  • Have strong English communication skills both oral and written.

Ferrosan Medical Devices develops and produces a portfolio of medical devices used in surgical care. Our portfolio consists of various hemostatic products to minimize bleeding challenges in surgery and electromechanical medical devices to perform breast biopsies. We are an international company with products registered in more than 100 countries. Our products are marketed in collaboration with global medtech partners. New ideas are developed and matured from the first thought to finished implementation in production. And we manage the business with an uncompromising focus on quality based on current GMP requirements.
