The Challenge
You will be joining a company that follows the Spotify Model (think autonomous squads, continuous improvement and an agile work environment!). You will be working as a Product Owner for one or more teams, managing senior stakeholders within the organisation and ensuring the needs of the business are translated into actionable user stories for our talented developers.
We care about quality and so we are looking to hire a like-minded and talented Product Owner to act as the voice of our users and ensure that we maximise the business value of our product. You will get the opportunity to work, and have influence, across multiple teams including Development, Product Intelligence, Design and Marketing to deliver the best product possible.
You will be creating user stories for our product and managing the backlog of tasks in Jira to ensure the successful delivery of our product,.
The Tech
Tech:
Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics.
What you bring:
A proven experience working as a Product Owner to manage the release of high-quality software in a timely manner as well as a great understanding of CI/CD.
Experience with google tools. Especially Google Ads.
Experience with e-commerce platforms.
Who you are:
Someone with love of technology and a passion to deliver cutting-edge products, an open communicator who thrives in communicating a clear product vision and who is able to understand our users and create personas from this knowledge.
You do not need micromanagement, You are able to figure out what to do on your own.
A person who can take responsibility for the results, quality and deadlines of delivered solutions.
Bonus points if you have: A background Marketing or Advertising would be a big benefit as well as a good knowledge of SCRUM and SAFe.
