With SCALES’ Graduate Program for Project Managers, SCALES will build and fast-track your project management skills through a dynamic program based on formal training, industry-recognized certifications, hands-on training on customer projects, tailored mentoring, buddy program, and extensive collaboration with dedicated colleagues.

What to expect

As a graduate, you will join a team of graduates, and together you will be guided through our extensive graduate program for project managers. You will throughout the program improve your skills through classroom training, group work and self-study, with a focus on methodologies, project management theory, ERP process, and D365 application understanding.

You will collaborate with both your mentor and your buddy, while joining customer implementation projects. Here you will take part in planning and managing projects. You will acquire hands-on experience with the various stages in the project life cycle, understand the communication, reporting, and governance principles. You will be involved in managing a team of SCALES employees on the project. In all, you will be a key part in the successful execution of the project.

With the Graduate Program, you will get access to a large professional network collaborating through tools like Yammer and Teams and an opportunity to work with some of the most skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O project managers and consultants in the industry. You will be part of the project management group responsible for leading sales, analysis, implementation, roll-out, and process optimization projects at our customers.

Graduate Program detail

• Duration 12-18 months
• You will join a team of other talented graduates, who you will work with throughout the program
• You will receive formalized, high-quality training in project management disciplines
• You will deep dive into agile project methodology and project delivery tools
• You will receive extensive training in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O functionality and processes, with the purpose of developing your solution understanding
• You will receive personal development sessions to assess individual training needs, and access to further internal or external training
• You will work closely with a senior mentor throughout the program who will guide, assist, and train you
• You will be a part of an implementation project team, and will work directly with the customer together with senior colleagues
• You will be assigned a buddy from one of our previous graduate programs
• You will get industry-recognized and valuable certifications

Your profile

You are preferably about to complete or have just finished your master’s degree within IT or Business or have up to two years of work experience.

About you:

• You are committed, self-driven, and eager to learn
• You have strong organizational and structuring skills
• You are an outgoing person and find it natural to engage and communicate with people
• You have an eye for details and a commercial mindset
• You think independently and believe strongly in the power of working together as a team
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Danish and English

It is an advantage if you:

• Have relevant project management experience and/or project management as part of your education
• Have experience with D365, AX or other enterprise-level ERP systems
• Have been involved in large IT implementation projects in any role
• Understand the relations between business and financial processes and IT at enterprise level

Program start and location

This Graduate Program is planned to start in June 2022.

Most of the training will take place in Søborg, but place of work can be at SCALES' office in Søborg, Aarhus, Aalborg, or Odense.

You will be working both from the SCALES office and onsite at our customers’ sites, together with the project team. On some projects, you will have the opportunity to travel to customer locations abroad.
