Data Migration and Process Specialist

As part of the department
You will become a part of the Post Merger IntEGration Department with 8 colleagues, who are responsible for onboarding our acquired companies to the Group ERP system, NetSuite, which consist of two main tasks:

1. Identify and support needed business transformation for the acquisition to be aligned with the group standard setup and processes
2. Handle the ETL process of data to NetSuite and secure a successful onboarding to the NetSuite platform

We normally only have 4-5 months to complete the onboarding of an acquisition, so we work in a high pace environment and given that no two acquisitions are the same it's required from us to be flexible, creative, and very good at finding solutions to many complex problems and challenges.

Your work day and your tasks
You will be the main responsible for the setup of the Product Hierarchy, Sales Items, Subscriptions and projects. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on these areas you are responsible for maintaining and developing the group standard procedures and guidelines and assure correct onboarding and data migration. You will have a large interface with many stakeholders, participating in meetings with both the acquired companies as well as other departments within EG.

As a part of a team you are not alone, but we each have different roles to play and your responsibilities includes:

• Act as Subject Matter Expert on EG Netsuite setup on projects or subscriptions
• Define the migration architecture and the relevant checkpoints in the overall migration process
• Maintain the overall design of the data models on functional as well as cross-functional processes
• Drive and identify fallouts during transformation and load
• Manage and coordinate with different stakeholders
• Execute performance testing scenarios and design and implement performance improvements
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Define transformation & cleansing rules

You are the ideal candidate if you
We imagine that the ideal candidate has a Master in Business Administration and Data Science, or other equivalent education. You have a good understanding of finance and business processes in general and at the same time you are highly skilled within IT. You have at least 3 years of technical expertise rEGarding data models, database design development, data mining and sEGmentation techniques and preferable you have experience working on data migrations projects. You have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Knowledge about NetSuite is a plus but not required, but it is required that you have worked with other ERP systems. We use various software and tools within the team, and it is expected that you are acquainted with SQL, Excel, Jira, Alteryx or other ETL tools.

You have good communications skills especially in English and able to manage projects and take on a responsibility and define your own task to accomplish the goals. We also expect you to have either speak Danish, Swedish or Norweigan as your nature language.
