Would you like to be part of developing and maintaining Nordea Asset Management’s range of ESG and sustainable investment products and deliver on regulatory disclosures and reporting? We are now looking for a Process Specialist to be part of the operational implementation and development of the framework to handle EU regulatory requirements related to ESG and sustainable investment products.

Nordea Asset Management (NAM) is the centre of investment management in the Nordea Group and in the Asset & Wealth Management division. NAM is the largest asset manager in the Nordics with the vision of being a leading European Asset Manager. We want to do this by delivering returns with responsibility. We meet customer demands and guide our customers in the right direction in asset selection while ensuring prudent ESG practices. NAM has around 900 employees and more than 475 Nordic and international institutional clients.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the ESG concept and reporting team within Product Office. Product Office, and its 30 employees, is represented in all four Nordic countries but with the two lead centres located in Copenhagen and Luxembourg. Product Office develops and manages products in close collaboration with the entire value chain from the investment boutiques, over the operational functions and towards multiple distribution channels. As a Process Specialist in Product Office, you will play a valuable role in building and maintaining product information to support product disclosures, investment processes, marketing material and periodic reporting.

What you’ll be doing:
You will join a motivated and experienced team with a broad knowledge of investment products and regulation who are involved in a wide range of product related tasks and projects. The role is based in Copenhagen.
