Senior Project Manager to our renewable energy projects in Poland

Your new team

The Polish team consists of 23 colleagues, most of whom are located at the office in Warsaw and four are working from the Gdansk area. We work within the whole specter of renewable energy projects from development, construction, management of operating assets, as well as finance and environmental assessments.

We are developing projects within wind, solar PV, and power-to-X and have 4 GW in pipeline in the coming years. We work closely with our colleagues in the headquarter in Denmark as well as our various local project teams globally.

Your new role

As Senior Project Manager your focus will be on projects in the northern part of Poland. You will be responsible for developing projects from early stage through obtaining all administrative legal decisions. You will maintain existing agreements, permitting processes, as well as project budgets and deliverables. Further, you will assist with onsite work, contact with landowners, and supporting activities to obtain grid connection for our various projects.

Areas of responsibilities

• You will be responsible for renewable energy projects in the northern part of Poland
• You will develop projects from early stage
• You will handle stakeholder management of external partners such as landowners, developers, and service providers
• You will support development activities by using GIS platform
• You will screen the market for Power-to-X possibilities

For the right candidate it will be possible to establish, manage and administrate our new office in Gdansk.

To thrive in the job we imagine

• You have 5+ years of relevant experience within both wind and solar PV projects
• You have a solid understanding of the renewable energy market in Poland and know what is happening around
• You have experience with GIS
• You are fluent in Polish and English, oral and written
