As a Planning Coordinator, you will play a key role in orchestrating the flow of operations at both our Hedensted and Horsens locations. Your primary focus will be on order release, maintaining pick locations, and coordinating activities between headquarters, stores, and the traveling team. Get ready to dive into the exciting world of logistics, where every decision you make contributes to the efficiency of our entire operation.
Efficient Order Release and Pick Location Maintenance:
In this critical role, you will be responsible for the precise release of orders, ensuring that each step is executed with utmost precision. Simultaneously, your oversight will extend to the maintenance of pick locations, ensuring optimal efficiency in our logistics processes.
Seamless Coordination Across Locations:
As a key player in our team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating activities between headquarters, stores, and the travel team. Your contributions will extend beyond coordination, as you actively participate in manpower planning, leveraging your insights gained from order release to optimize our workforce.
Internal Logistics Facilitation:
Fostering communication within the internal logistics department will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Your role includes facilitating seamless communication channels and handling day-to-day forecasts for the upcoming weeks, ensuring that our logistics operation remains agile and responsive.
Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
In this dynamic environment, your pivotal role involves abstracting data and rendering them visible and actionable for the different departments, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.
This focuses on the planning department's role in not just monitoring but also making the data accessible and beneficial for other departments.

It's important to note that these roles involve working in both Horsens and Hedensted. Additionally, the level of support provided at each location will be tailored in consultation with the manager, ensuring optimal assistance whenever needs arise, fostering a culture of flexibility.. Successful candidates will actively collaborate with team members, ensuring a seamless handover of crucial information to the evening shift.
