Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…work closely with the project team on a daily basis, as you ensure smooth running of the projects. Your role in the team is to ensure that all technical aspects of the projects are delivered in accordance with the required safety and quality standards, and it will be your responsibility to identify, drive, and resolve all technical issues throughout the project life cycle. You will manage the technical aspects in close cooperation with the Project Manager.
You will assist and support in terms of ensuring understanding of the technical scope within the project team, coordinating technical deliverables, and providing support throughout all stages of the projects in relation to the technical issues that may arise.
You will also be responsible for:
Acting as the technical interface between internal and external key stakeholders Proactively improving the project by avoiding, minimising, or eliminating technical interface issues Ensuring the project meets our high HSE and quality requirements Identifying and managing technical risks and dependencies Reporting progress on technical issues to key stakeholders
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…has a relevant technical education within Engineering, Project Management, or similar, and has 3-5 years of experience with large-scale projects, turnkey projects and/or the marina-, oil-, or power industry. You must be technically savvy and have excellent organisational skills in order to work with various teams.
We value an open, proactive and positive attitude from our colleagues. You must therefore have both highly developed project management and interpersonal skills. You are result-oriented, have a high energy and drive, are able to keep calm under pressure, and are proactive as well as a self-starter.
