Power Solutions Quality Improvements and Processes New Product Master
New Product Master is responsible for Manufacturing Readiness of all new development of products on- and offshore, verification of prototype builds and documentation towards Manufacturing, Transport, Construction and Service phases. New Product Master is positively impacted by Vestas’ exciting journey, and the function is looking into a significant growth due to developing of new turbines. Functional excellence is a function supporting the development and performance of New Product Master, which currently includes approx. 100 employees.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate leadership processes in NPM Management Team
- Drive the creation and deployment of NPM’s communication strategy of how to communicate to stakeholders across the organisation in close collaboration with NPM Management Team
- Create communication material targeting the receivers using relevant communication channels
- Support the ongoing strategic development of New Product Master in close collaboration with NPM Management Team
- Provide administrative support to Head of New Product Master
Qualifications
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree within communication or Business Administration
- Proven relevant work experience
- Solid experience with communication in larger organizations
- Business understanding
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office
- Superior communication skills in English

- Strong communicator who can communicate relevant information in a clear and concise manner
- A structured, service-minded and proactive work approach
- Self-driven and able to get things done
- Able to proactively investigate and analyze the organizations dynamics and drivers, to fully understand stakeholders and how to communicate to them

You have a structured and organized way of handling tasks in a dynamic and constantly changing environment and are used to following up when needed. You are also used to handling daily administration of different kinds.
- You are a team player, having a great service-minded attitude and naturally enjoying finding and creating solutions to match business needs in New Product Master
- You have a process minded approach and the ability to be solution orientated to see possibilities outside established routines and processes
- You have good ability to build relationships with new people and like to work in an open office environment
- You are motivated to get things done, also during times with high workload
- You are confident and proactive
- You have the ability to prioritize and handle diverse workloads
- You have good cooperation skills
