Are you looking for an opportunity to apply your strong knowledge of processes and tools development and optimisation? Are you a skilled and experienced project manager with a continuous improvement mindset?
The Improvement Project Manager is a newly established role in our Improvement Case (IC) Management team placed in the Technical Management department in our Technology organisation.
Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…lead and drive project activities for developing our current processes for handling improvement cases. You will maintain existing process tools (e.g. Root Cause Analysis) and develop new tools that are part of the IC process, incl. flow charts, prioritisation tools and risk registers.
You will also be responsible for:
Further development of the IC execution process to secure a structured approach with clear visibility of required tasks and deliverables Maintaining existing tools (Fish bone, 8D, 5 Why, etc.) and development /improvement of new tools to secure a structured but also agile IC process Training of and support to all IC Project Managers in Portfolio Management and Technical Project Managers in IC Management in the utilisation of the IC process and related tools Deployment and training of current Engineering Change Management system for all users in Technical Management Cooperate with Head of IC Management in the development of reporting tools
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…has at least 3-5 years of experience working with processes in a technical organisation as well as project management experience. You have strong stakeholder management skills with a proactive and extrovert approach. To succeed in the position, you must have a structured workstyle and keep the overview of all project activities and handle different tasks simultaneously. Your continuous improvement mindset enables you to constantly see and analyse where our Improvement Cases processes and tools can be optimised.

Hold a relevant education Have experience with Root Cause Analysis and related tools Are a self-driven team player with good leadership and delegation skills Have good business process understanding Are Six Sigma certified or similar Have good English and communication skills
