Would you like to support the development of Novo Nordisk’s Order to Cash (O2C) process and be part of deployment across our sales affiliate? Are you seeking an opportunity to define and implement IT solutions and engage with stakeholders across IT, Finance, and the Supply Chain Organisation in a truly international company? Right now, we are looking for several SAP SD/FI specialists for both senior and junior positions. Join us and put your expertise to work while at the same time making a difference for patients living with diabetes. Let’s talk about the role Order to Cash in Novo Nordisk is defined as all commercial processes from Customer Creation to Cash Collection. We operate across several functional areas to improve value creation of the entire Order to Cash process to a new level by improving standardisation, improve system utilization while allowing full integration of local processes into the core SAP environment. You will join our newly establish NextGenO2C team in DD&IT working closely together with the Global Order-to-Cash team. We are currently working on our roadmap, as well as delivering on specific projects. We have several interesting projects in the pipeline, and we look forward bringing you knowledge and experience in as well as build up new learnings together with you. Depending on your experience and motivation your task will be to build and implement solutions for our Global Order-to-Cash process. We work across the module of SD and FI with interfaces to relevant systems. Your tasks will be:
  • To join workshops and meetings to capture and challenge requirements
  • To customize solutions and support documentation, test, and implementation
  • To support hyper care
  • Working on to Simplify the Standard Order to Cash Process with Future S4 Hana compatibility
  • Roll out of templates (tested on pilot countries) to rest of world
  • Be an active part of an empowered agile team where your contributions matter
  • Working closely together with internal as well as external partners
    • The skills we hope to see As we are looking for several new colleagues, the required skillset differs but we expect:
  • Bachelors/Masters or similar degree within the order-to-cash area and/or relevant business experience
  • Strong interest in SAP and experience with the SAP SD coupled with SAP FI – or strong SAP FI AR knowledge coupled with SD
  • Keen interest in SAP BPA (BPA Approval flow) and ideally experience with the tool.
  • IT experience in specification, design, development, validation, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions
  • Understanding and experience with Agile framework and exposure to pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage
    • On a personal level you are a team player who can work both in teams and still be able to work independently, focus on efficiency and business value in all tasks being executed, and communicate productively. Besides, you have great time management and organisation skills along with the ability to prioritise own work to meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of work. You are an excellent communicator and comfortable working with different countries and cultures across multiple time-zones. About the DD&IT Product Supply DD&IT Product Supply is an area responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operation, maintenance, support and development of these systems. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support which is needed to support the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R&D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc. This includes SAP logistics modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Advanced planner Optimiser (APO), Plant Maintenance (PM), Quality Management(QM), Production Planning and Process Industry(PPPI), Warehouse Management(WM/EWM), Advanced Track and Trace for pharmaceutical (ATTP), Global Batch Traceability (GBT) modules which are among the most critical IT systems in Novo Nordisk and they are used 24x7 by thousands of NN users worldwide.
