The Position As Communication Project Manager, your core responsibilities will be to set and drive the strategic direction for our communication activities, which includes developing, driving, and implementing key guidances, tools and trainings. You will also drive projects to optimise processes across the Pharma Law team. We expect you to demonstrate a high degree of independence and initiative, including recommending innovative ideas to optimise our legal education, communication, training and guidance across the value chain. Due to the global nature of Pharma Law, this job will expose you to the global legal organisation and will further significantly enhance your project and stakeholder management skills from affiliate collaboration to senior management communication. You will be engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders both within Global Legal and across the organisation as well as external counsels and third parties. You will have independent responsibility for key tasks but also work together with the lawyers in the team and abroad. Your key responsibilities: • Strategic communication and change management on key strategic projects and business priorities • Develop and drive overall communication and training flows and platforms • Prepare materials and present them company-wide, e.g. Board, Forums, and Group meetings • Project management and communication sparring partner to Pharma Law Management and Teams • Responsible for process optimisation and digitalisation • Drive team prioritisation of tasks to maximise impact on projects and reach business goals As part of the Global Legal organisation, you would also be involved with cross-functional Global Legal projects. Additionally, various opportunities within Novo Nordisk, both in Denmark and abroad, offer potential for further personal development. Qualifications • Master’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, or similar • 2 to 3 years of experience within corporate communications, with a primary focus on strategic communication and training programmes • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, and to take a strategic approach to prioritisation • Excellent communication skills and ability to distil complexity into clarity for many different target groups, including fluency in English • Creative and effective communicator, with experience using communication tools and ability to advise and support managers and team members in their use. • Strategic thinking and ability to lead and set direction in a complex global stakeholder landscape On a personal level, you are curious and have a “can-do”, solution-oriented, and positive attitude, which enables you to establish strong professional relationships internally and externally. Attention to detail combined with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines. About the department You will be a key part of the high performing, dynamic and international Clinical and Commercialisation legal team consisting of 12 lawyers in Denmark and 6 lawyers in Bangalore that are legal business partners to Marketing, Commercial, Clinical Development, Regulatory and Medical Affairs, Public Affairs and Corporate Communication. The team is part of the Pharma Law team in Global Legal & Patents, located in Novo Nordisk’s headquarters in Bagsværd, Denmark.
