The position As a Strategic Business Partner, you will independently steer strategic initiatives and crucial processes within Strategy & Business Development. Your role involves collaborating closely with business operations to facilitate growth and scalability. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to operate within a diverse and skilled team, combining various capabilities to achieve shared objectives. Some of your main tasks include: Maintaining a thorough understanding of ongoing activities, operations, and projects
Playing a key role in preparing large presentations for the management team with focus on storyline and key messages
Ensuring continuous development and optimisation of the GCM DP and GCM DS processes
Acting as an internal consultant in many aspects of a wide value chain and assisting the areas with ad hoc tasks and analyses
Project management for both internal projects across GCM DP and GCM DS and more broadly across the whole Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing & Devices (CSD) areas.
On top of that you will provide support and guidance to the management teams with analyses and presentations. They will rely on your expertise and knowledge for decisions making. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to: Have 5-6 years of experience working in a similar position, ideally acquired in a regulated industry or operating in an agile environment
Demonstrated expertise in managing and delivering change, transformation, and strategic initiatives
Possess strong stakeholder and project management skills
Proficiency in crafting compelling presentations and delivering impactful and data-driven recommendations to key decision-makers
Be fluent in English both written and spoken
As a person, you are analytical and structured. Passionate about optimisation, you enjoy coming up with creative solutions. Your excellent communication skills allow you to translate complex problems into simple words and recommendations, and you naturally manage to get everyone on board to solve them. About the department The Global Contract Manufacturing Drug Substance (GCM DS) and Global Contract Manufacturing Drug Products (GCM DP) units are part of the Novo Nordisk Product Supply organisation and responsible for Novo Nordisk’s operation of global manufacturing of drug substance and drug products at Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs). The primary role across GCM DP and GCM DS is to establish, monitor, support and control the production handled by the CMOs. We operate in many countries, such as USA, Belgium, Italy and China. Our main office is located in Søborg, Denmark. You will join the department Business Development, which is part of the Strategy and Business Development area supporting both GCM DP and GCM DS. We are responsible for processes across GCM DP and GCM DS, such as budgets, business plans, strategic initiatives, risk reporting, strategic workforce planning, etc. In addition, we act as trusted advisors to the GCM DP and GCM DS Corporate Vice Presidents (CVPs) and management teams and support them with decision-making and strategic direction.
