Is so, you should apply for this one-of-a-kind newly created M&A Senior Project Manager role within the Agile Business Partnering department of HR DD&IT (Digital, Data & IT) in Novo Nordisk.
The position
As Senior HR IT Project Manager, you will be the spearheading all project management activities of new business areas joining Novo Nordisk through mergers and acquisitions. You will collaborate in the cross field between HR DD&IT and our partner organization Global P&O making sure that the IT solution implementations are assessed, planned and executed as part of a larger M&A strategic initiative running across the business. We expect you to: Initiate and drive projects within the M&A space either as input giver in the (Pre) Due Diligence phase, in the Post-Merger-Integration phase or as steering a longer Integration project in IT. Lead the planning, execution and monitoring of all aspects of the HR IT integration projects ensuring that the agreed Integration Strategy (Operating model) is followed and build an actionable plan and drive the integration towards timely execution. Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders globally, and informally ensure successful delivery of the project including flagging of resource needs and ensuring that budgets are committed and approved by relevant sister organizations. Together with involved stakeholders and project team members, conduct thorough assessment of all M&A cases from an HR IT perspective supporting the team to identify integration requirements and risks. Develop comprehensive integration plans, including data migration, system configuration, process alignment and OCM. Coordinate with external vendors and partners supporting integration activities. Be responsible for tracking and reporting progress on the integration activities within the HRDD&IT area internally and to P&O and other DD&IT teams involved and impacted by the integration activities. Ensure to identify, track and document risks during the DD and Integration project as well as to report and escalate in a timely manner.
Among these, we want you to develop and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders across DD&IT and P&O, to ensure successful project execution, but also manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time/deadline and within budget.
Candidate profile
To be considered for this position, we prefer you have: 10+ years of experience from M&A Integrations in large corporations or as a consultant Experience from Post Merger Integration in a complex environment Master of various Project Management techniques, ability to understand the importance of flexibility and change management to succeed with your ideas and to deliver on the project plan. Sense of business urgency and understand the field between commercial and IT priorities. Fluency in both written and spoken English
It would be considered as a plus if you have a previous experience with driving HR IT projects in international environments. As a person, you possess a high level of flexibility, adaptability, and strong relationship-building skills.
