LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner. Right now, we have new product types on their way to the patients and we need to gear our business to meet the requirements of tomorrow. Our team will play a vital role in the execution, sustainment and development of the transformation.
Global impact, local anchoring
In Global Quality we are looking for a Senior Quality Process Manager to own and develop the global process for the capturing of external requirements among other. The role of the process owner is to make sure that:
- New requirements are captured at LEO Pharma and communicated internally
- Gaps to current practice are mapped in collaboration with line of business
- Actions to maintain compliance are proposed for implementation
We develop, maintain and continuously improve our areas of responsibility covering both medicinal and combination products on behalf of all of LEO Pharma.
As process owner for capturing of external requirements your overall objective is to ensure oversight of LEO Pharma QMS. You monitor new legislation, you improve the governance of the QMS and you facilitate the development of core quality processes. All in close collaboration with LEO stakeholders in Denmark and internationally.
Your colleagues
In our team we carry the responsibility of developing the quality processes of LEO Pharma to fit the need of the business and the requirements of the authorities.
Your qualifications
As Senior Quality Process Manager you can stand guard of our quality processes to inspectors and continuously improve them through strong stakeholder and change management.
Most critical competencies are:
- Master’s degree in natural science or equivalent education
- +5 years of experience in the field of Quality or Regulatory
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical quality system requirements
- Experience in working with quality processes
- Experience with facilitating meetings and maneuvering among stakeholders
