Trusted advisor for the top management
In this role you will be a trusted advisor for the top management when it comes to setting the direction of GN Audios strategy and when it comes to the coordination/following up on current projects and initiatives.
Together with 6 engaged colleagues you will join a challenging and exiting journey of driving the strategic direction for GN Audio.
The role offers a very interesting and challenging opportunity to become part of a fast-growing company that has delivered 20-40% top line growth p.a. for the past three consecutive years. You will step onto a development journey with plenty of opportunities to grow. You will join a company and a team with a non-hierarchical culture, and where you will be expected and enabled to deliver to your full potential.

- Defining and implementing GN Audio’s corporate strategy
- Driving & supporting strategic projects across the business
- Ongoing progress reporting on strategy
- M&A support in both sourcing and execution
- Presentations for Board and Executive management
- Build, support and improve the key processes of the company
- Based in the headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, you will sit very close to management. Specifically, you will report to Head of Strategy, Christian Smedegaard Andersen who is part of the global management team and who reports to the CEO of GN Store Nord and GN Audio, René Svendsen-Tune. There will be a very high degree of interaction with the senior management team in this role.
Passion for strategic development
A strong passion for technology as well as a solid strategic and project management background:
- 3-5 years of experience in either management consulting, investment banking and/or internal strategy function. Topic experience within the area’s strategy, due diligence, digital, technology, sales, marketing and/or finance seen as an advantage
- Strong project management background
- A B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree with top 10% results – e.g., in business, engineering, economics, finance or digital
- Strong competencies in Excel and PowerPoint and a fluent English required
