About the job
As senior project manager your overall responsibility is to lead strategic projects and activities. Your reporting and advisory to the Global Safety Leadership Team and/or Steering Committee will be a vital part of the foundation for decision-making and the direction for the projects going forward.
About you
You have a strong and proven track record with project management and its deliverables. It is an advantage if you are experienced in using LEAN and project management tools e.g. Value Stream Mapping, SAFe® or Scrum. You have a good understanding of IT in a GxP environment and your strong analytical mindset allows you to find opportunities and solve problems. Further we expect you to:
Importantly, you are self-driven and ambitious, a great collaborator and you never lose focus despite changing demands or ambitious deadlines.

As senior project manager you will join a team of 3 highly talented and ambitious senior project managers. You will be responsible for running all projects related to Global Safety, and in addition we are developing the project office by implementing agile project management. We believe that the best results are made in an atmosphere of trust and respect for the individual and we simply care about each other.

About you

- Hold a university degree within natural science or similar
- + 5 years’ experience from the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong command of English, written and spoken
- Preferably experience with IT projects
- Capable of presenting complex subjects short and concise
