We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager with excellent stakeholder management skills to join our Global Identity & Access Management function.
The job
As our new IAM Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between the business and technical teams, ensuring that, through collaboration, the business needs are translated into technical requirements and delivered effectively. You will also be responsible for coordinating business activities and acting as a partner for IAM capabilities outside of the Global Identity & Access Management function. Part of your responsibilities will be: Identify key IAM stakeholder and partnering groups across business functions and manage relationships Coordinate business-facing activities, such as requirements engineering, process design, and application onboarding Coordinate resource planning and manage contributors within interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with industry practices, including risk and compliance management Support change management activities by providing insights on business priorities, objectives, and challenges Plan and implement governance and operational meeting cadences to management functions in Global IAM and stakeholder groups The job is located in Ballerup, Denmark with travel activity of max 15 days per year.
Candidate profile
To be successful in this role, we believe that you should bring the following capabilities and qualifications: Prior experience as a project manager, scrum master or business consultant with a focus on stakeholder management and building bridges between business language and technical jargon Team-focused mentality and strong interpersonal skills with a good understanding of relevant IAM domains and general knowledge of cross-domain IT Strong understanding of compliance and risk management Managing stakeholders in a complex matrix organization Experience working with and guiding multidisciplinary teams with both technical and business profiles Demonstrated experience in implementing IT solutions, ensuring organizational readiness Experience working in multicultural and diverse environments, emphasizing the ability to collaborate with global teams and navigate cultural nuances Experience within the pharma industry and knowledge of e.g. healthcare regulations and compliance is an advantage As a person, you are a team player and thrive on diving headfirst into new domains. You excel at fostering collaboration and driving initiatives with an all-in approach. You have a positive can-do mindset, see challenges as opportunities, and are passionate about the digitalization journey.
About the function
The Global Identity & Access Management function reports to the CISO, based in DD&IT in Denmark. The function is responsible for ensuring that IAM initiatives are aligned, run, and developed according to the strategic direction for IAM in Novo Nordisk. You will be part of a global information security community with colleagues located in Denmark, USA, and India.
