The team waiting for you The position is based in Global IT Operations - an area with 350+ employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our infrastructure operations and digital workplace services. The department consists of 130+ highly qualified Information Technology Engineers, Technicians and IT-Architects who are responsible for IT infrastructure in Production sites, Product Supply. We have a close collaboration with Novo Nordisk in Bangalore, India, and external vendors. We have a strong focus on collaboration, we are curious, and we are embracing new ideas on how to deliver projects successfully. Our department is working according to agile principles, KanBan and according to the SAFe framework with agile teams running sprints/iterations. What you will be doing experienced an increased demand for our products and is therefore expanding capacity by building new facilities and we need a skilled Project Manager. It will be your primary job to handle various tasks in IT infrastructure projects. You will be part of an existing project team, that handles a large portfolio of both small and large IT projects. Additionally, your other responsibilities will be: Coordinating between various stakeholders, to ensure that tasks are performed on time
Acting as a service broker between network engineers electricians, building management and others involved in the project
Status reporting and finances/budgeting for your projects
Ensuring proactive and solution-oriented approach to your work, so that you are always at the forefront of any unforeseen challenges
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from either Ballerup or Kalundborg, with the flexibility to work from home some of the time. Which competencies to bring We imagine that the right candidate has strong Project Management skills and experience from working in global organizations. Additionally, we expect you meet most of the following: Bachelor’s degree in relevant filed, and preferably a Project Management certification as well
2 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, handling complex global projects
Strong communication with stakeholders who hold limited IT knowledge
Exposure to Manufacturing Processes and knowledge of GxP would be an advantage
Demonstrable interest in IT Infrastructure and IT Operations
Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies
